Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not at all. Many clients choose to provide a key or door code, while others prefer to be home — whatever feels most comfortable for you. We’re fully insured, respectful of your space, and treat every home with care.
Do you bring your own cleaning products? +
Yes — we bring everything needed for the clean. We use professional-grade products to achieve the best results, with eco-friendly options also available upon request. All products are carefully selected to be effective, safe for your home, and gentle on your surfaces.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
If something’s not quite right, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to sort it. We genuinely care about doing a great job and want you to feel happy walking back into your home.
How do I pay? +
Payment is processed securely online via card or bank transfer. For recurring cleans, many clients choose to keep a card on file for easy automatic payments after each visit.
